SHIPPING POLICY
Hellosummer HK reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.

The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. 

Once SF Express takes possession of the items, Hellosummer HK waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.

Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.

Arrival time is not guaranteed due to postage delays. There may be customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country which are the buyers responsibility. Hellosummer HK are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost or stolen packages.
