RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hellosummer HK, customer satisfaction is always our top priority!
Our dedicated Quality Control and Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. However, you need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying.
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchases.
We do not provide refunds. We are pleased to offer size exchange for Sports Wear Items. However we do not accept returns on accessories, panties, lingerie & swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
Note that there is only one return per order.
For all orders, items must be returned back to us within 5 days of receiving it.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with the tags still attached.
Please note:
We do not accept any return or exchange for DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
Only one-time exchange per order.
Return shipping (round-trip) to be covered by and paid for by the customer.
Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be sent back to the sender.
We only recommend and accept returning items through SF EXPRESS, as any returned items that are not received by Hellosummer HK will not be issued an exchange or store credit. Customers should provide the SF tracking number at the time of posting returned items.
Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.
Any exchange requested that is out of stock will automatically be issued as a store credit.
Hellosummer HK reserve the right for final decision.
